Network appliance connects SNAP devices

The SNAP Connect E10 embedded network appliance provides seamless connectivity of SNAP, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and even cellular traffic to centralized applications, databases, or storage. It uses the SNAP network Internet-enabled IEEE 802.15.4-based instant-on operating system that can support up to 16 million nodes.

The unit has a 400-MHz 32-bit processor, 256 Mbytes of flash, 64 Mbytes of RAM, an RP-SMA external antenna, and 10/100 Ethernet and USB 2.0 ports. The E10 bridges SNAP networks across TCP/IP, without requiring firewall configuration or policy exceptions. ($199 — available now.)
