Light on the budget, but not on features, the Tektronix TBS1000 oscilloscope provides up to 150 MHz of bandwidth and 1 GS/s maximum sample rate. USB connectivity allows for easy connection to a personal computer. Real-time sampling is provided with at least 6.7x over-sampling on all channels and no decrease in performance when using multiple channels. Analysis is simplified with built-in tools that include 16 automated measurements, FFT analysis, waveform math, cursors, pass/fail testing and data logging.

Help is readily available with the built-in, context-sensitive help system. Waveforms and settings can be quickly stored and transferred with the front-panel USB host port. Less learning time and more on-task time are possible with dedicated front-panel controls.
