The VaultIC150, a low-cost and compact turnkey NFC-based security solution designed for embedding into high-end consumer products that are often targeted by counterfeiters and cloners. The device has a wireless interface with a range of several centimeters and is available with several antenna form factors.
The chip requires no battery and it’s security engine employs elliptic-curve (up to 303 bits) mutual authentication, a highly-secure method with banking-level security, and meets the constraints of EAL4+ and FIPS 140-2 L3 certification. The chip can detect tampering attempts and destroy sensitive data on such events. Available in wafers, modules, inlays, flexible tags (30 x 30 mm), stickers, smart cards, and laundry tags.
