NiMH battery powers backup circuits
Similar to a 1.2-V cell introduced earlier, a 3.6-V button cell uses
nickel-metal-hydride. The Model PBNH 3.6/250 is rated 250 mAh. Standard
charge is 25 mA for 16 hours, rapid charge 50 mA for 7 hours. The
operating temperature range is -20 degrees to +50 degreesC. ($8 ea/1,
