The Ultramox UM025 non-inductive high-voltage radial lead resistor features values up to 1.0 Teraohms. The UM025s rated working voltage is 15 KV – with a tolerance of 0.25 to 10.0% and TCR of 25 to 1,000 ppm.
The device’s 0.060-inch-thick vertical inline package is 0.98 inches long and 0.35 inches tall and can save space and allow for air flow. An example 1-W, 1.0-GΩ part number, with 1% tolerance and 250 ppm TCR, is UM025Z1007FE. Other versions (UM030/040/050) are rated up to 30 KV and 3.0 W, with values to 10 TΩ.
