Non-volatile F-RAM memory takes just 20µA

The FM25e64 64-Kbit F-RAM memory chip provides high endurance, symmetrical read/write speeds, and -40 to 85C operation. This version runs on either a 1.5- or 1.8-V supply and takes only 20 µA (typ.) active current at 1 MHz. It needs just 0.1 µA typical (5 µA maximum) in standby and takes only about 20-µs to start up, write data, and shut back down.
