The MK Series high-temperature capacitors for high-current RF applications offer NP0 characteristics including low loss, electrical stability, 0 ±30-ppm temperature coefficient, and an operating temperature range of –55° to 125°C. The capacitors also feature low ESR and high Q values combined with a wide capacitance range of 0.1 to 1,000 pF and voltage ratings of 50 to 500 Vdc.
