The LTM9011-14/LTM9010-14/LTM9009-14 are 8-channel simultaneous sampling 14-bit A/D converters designed for digitizing high-frequency wide-dynamic-range signals. Ac performance includes 73.1-dB SNR and 88-dB SFDR.

The 125-Msamples/s LTM9011-14 consumes 140 mW per channel, the 80-Msample/s LTM9009-14 consumes 94 mW per channel, and the 105-Msample/s LTM9010-14 consumes 113 mW per channel. Operating from a single 1.8-V supply, the parts are housed in 140-pin BGA µModule packages. Features include serial LVDS outputs, internal bypass capacitance, and shutdown and nap modes that reduce power dissipation to just 2 mW, (125-Msample/s unit, from $191.45 — available now.)
