Octal ADCs offer low power

The CDK8307 family of octal A/D converters consists of four 8-channel 12-bit ADCs that operate at 20, 50, 65, and 80 Msamples/s. At 50 Msamples/s, the power dissipation is 40 mW per channel. The ADCs also include power-down and sleep modes that drop the power consumption to less than 10 µW and 3 mW per channel, respectively.

Octal ADCs offer low power

The family employs internal reference circuitry, a serial control interface, and serial LVDS output data. Housed in 64-pin QFN and TQFP-80 packages, the CDK8307 offers (at 14 bits and 50 Msamples/s) an SNR of 72.5 dB and an SFDR of 80 dB. (Contact company for pricing — prod qty September.)
