OCXO achieves ±20-ppb stability in tiny footprint

Designed to support precision timing over packet-based networks, the OX-501 mini OCXO combines a small footprint with high stability, providing 20 ppb over the full industrial temperature range. The part bridges the gap between AT-cut-based TCXOs and larger OCXO designs and provides improved phase noise and short-term stability.

Additional features include output frequencies 10.0 to 40.0 MHz, a supply voltage of 3.3 V, and an aging of 5 ppb/day. It is available in a compact industry-standard 9 x 14-mm package and offers HCMOS output configuration.(Contact company for pricing — available now.)
