Housed in a 14-pin DIP, the part has a frequency range of 2.43 to 60.00 MHz and warms up to within ±4.6 ppm in 2 min, needing less than 1.5 W to do so.
Features include a supply voltage 3.30 V (±0.16 V), an operating power of 1.0 W at 0C and 0.6 W at 25C, and an output load of 15 pF. The 20.8 x 13.2 x 11.0-mm OCXO operates from -40 to 65C, with an option of 0 to 85C for use in outdoor units or locations requiring tolerance of higher temperatures. ($17 ea/5,000–8 weeks ARO.)
