The EP17HT-3 one part epoxy can be set up in 20 to 30 seconds and snap cures in 3 minutes or less at 250° to 300°F. The 100% reactive epoxy contains no solvents or dilutents, does not require mixing, can be cured in sections up to 1/4-in. thick and will not gel until heated above 200°F.
The epoxy is resistant to a wide range of chemicals including water, oil and most organic solvents and features a Shore D hardness that exceeds 85, a tensile lap shear of 2,100 psi, and a volume resistivity of ≥1,014 Ω-cm.
