Op amps achieve IQ of just 900 nA

The MCP6031/2/3/4 op amps have a quiescent current of only 900 nA and a bandwidth of 10 kHz, with a maximum voltage offset of 150 µV at 25°C. Additionally, with an operating voltage range of 1.8 to 5.5 V, the amplifiers can operate from two 1.5-V battery cells under full battery use.

The MCP6031, MCP6032, and MCP6033 amplifiers are available in 8-pin MSOP and SOIC packages, and the MCP6034 in 14-pin SOIC and TSSOP packages. (Ea/10,000: MCP6031, $0.53; MCP6032, $0.71; MCP6033 $0.55; MCP6034, $1.26—available now.)
