Op amps have 3 fA input bias, 500 MHz GBP

The LTC6268 and LTC6269 FET-input single and dual op amps feature 3 fA input bias current at 25°C (typ) and 4 pA max over the entire –40°C to 125°C temperature range – along with a 500 MHz gain bandwidth product. They also have wideband voltage and current noise of only 4.3 nV/√Hz and 5.5 fA/√Hz, enabling very high dynamic range.

The amps are great for photodiode and photomultiplier (PMT) circuits, with 100 fF differential input capacitance (typ) and –100 dB harmonic distortion at 1 MHz. They have a slew rate of 400 V/μs, a supply range of 3.1 to 5.25 V, and quiescent current is 16.5 mA. Packaging is SO-8, 6-Lead TSOT-23, with the dual version in MS8 or 3 x 3 mm DFN10.
