Op amps offer 550-MHz unity gain bandwidth

Consisting of the dual-channel CLC2601, the triple-channel CLC3601, and the quad CLC4601, the CLCx601 family of op amps uses current-feedback technology to provide 550-MHz unity gain bandwidth, ±0.1-dB gain flatness to 120 MHz, and 1,500-V/μs slew rate. These specifications combined with their large-signal bandwidth, 200 MHz at a gain of 2 V/V and 4-Vp-p output, exceed the requirements of high-definition television, set-top-box, and other multimedia applications.

Offering more than 50 mA of output current, these amplifiers are also well suited for video distribution systems. The CLC2601 is housed in an SOIC-8 package, while the CLC3601 and CLC4601 are housed in SOIC-14 packages. (Ea/1,000; CLC2601, $0.71; CLC3601, $1.03; CLC4601, $1.07–available now.)
