The 200-W CLP0212 open-frame power supply has a 2 x 4-in. footprint and provides a 12-Vdc single-output. It has a 18-W/in.3 power density in a 1U-high fanless form factor to address applications for communications, computing and data storage for original equipment manufacturers.
The power supply delivers >90% typical power efficiency and full load output at 50°C and current derating at higher temperatures. It features combined feedback of zero-voltage switching through line load control and quasiresonant PFC circuits. The input range is 90 to 265 Vac with 12–ms holdup time, and 100–kHz switching frequency. Protection features include overcurrent, overvoltage, and overtemperature.
