Operating system features UL/CSA recognition

The ThreadX real-time operating system has UL 60730-1 Annex H, CSA E60730-1, and UL 60335-1 Annex R safety recognition. It is a priority-based, fully preemptive RTOS and also has achieved TÜV-Saar certification to the highest SIL4 risk levels in both industrial safety’s IEC 61508 and medical’s IEC 62304 standards. 

ThreadX is implemented as a C library. Only the features used by the application are brought into the final image. The minimal footprint of ThreadX is under 2 Kbytes on MCUs and the OS can boot in as little as 300 cycles. The RTOS provides fast real-time performance and a complete set of multitasking facilities.
