Optically clear adhesive offers low viscosity

The UV10MED one-component UV-curable adhesive is optically clear and offers adheres to metals, glass, ceramics, and plastics. The compound is USP Class VI-approved and is recommended for use in medical device manufacturing. Typical cure times range from 5 s to 3 min at ambient temperatures.

Chemical resistant, the adhesive operates in temperatures from –60° to 250°F and provides low viscosity to suit applications where there is a small clearance between surfaces being bonded. Tensile strength is greater than 4,000 psi, Shore D hardness exceeds 60, and elongation is less than 5%. (Contact James Brenner for pricing and availability.)
