Oscillators operate
up to 800 MHz
The UVCJ series clock oscillator and the UVVJ
series VCXO are offered up to 800 MHz while
providing a typical jitter of 1 ps. Both operate
at 3.3 V and are available with LVPECL or LVDS
output.
The devices are housed in 5 x 7-mm ceramic
packages. (622.08-MHz parts, $45.79–stock to 3
weeks ARO.)
