The Micro-YIG and Mini-YIG oscillators can be operated in an unlocked “free running” mode, providing phase noise better than 105 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset, and 128 dBc/Hz at 100-kHz offset.
The Mini-YIG features a broad tunable bandwidth of ±1 GHz and a Pout typ of 14.5 dBm buffered, while the Micro-YIG offers a tunable bandwidth of ±450 MHz, a frequency output of 3 to 10 GHz, and Pout typ of 3-dBm unbuffered and 10-dBm buffered. (Call company for priceavailable now.)
