Available in a 0.46-in. low-profile package, the ROHS-compliant NV45AA OCXO is ideally suited for cellular base stations, synthesizers, digital switching applications and test equipment where board-to-board spacing is critical. Features include 5 to 20-MHz operating frequency range; up to 40 to 85C operating temperature range; 5-, 12-, and 15-V supply options; and CMOS and sine-wave output options.

The 12- and 15-V versions are able to achieve 96 dBc/Hz at 1 Hz, 125 dBc/Hz at 10 Hz, and better than 150 dBc/Hz at 100 Hz. (Call Dana Thompson for pricingavailable now.)
