Designed for use in the 2.4-GHz ISM band including 802.11 b/g/n WLAN applications, the SE2597L power amplifier integrates a reference voltage generator and a load-insensitive power detector in a 3 x 3 x 0.9-mm 16-pin QFN package. The amplifier operates from a 3.3-Vdc supply and consumes only 170 mA at 20 dBm.
