PA modules meet SEM requirements

Measuring 3 x 3 x 1 mm, the MGA-22003, MGA-23003, and MGA-25203 linear PA modules cover frequency ranges of 2.3 to 2.7 GHz, 3.1 to 3.8-GHz, and 5.1 to 5.9 GHz, respectively. All parts meet industry-standard Spectral Emission Mask (SEM) tests operating at 3.3 V.

The MGA-22003 meets the WiMAX forum 802.16 mask at over 25-dBm power, and the MGA-23003 meets the ETSI 802.16 mask at over 25-dBm power. Both have a gain of greater than 34 dB across the bands. In addition, a low-power mode allows operation at 100 mA when only low power is required. The MGA-25203 generates a full 23-dBm power at –34-dB EVM with 30-dB gain at 5.4 GHz.
