Palladium Energy Welcomes Anees Mohammad as Chief Financial Officer

NAPERVILLE (March 15, 2011) – Palladium Energy, a leading manufacturer of high-performance lithium–based battery packs, welcomes Anees Mohammad as chief financial officer. Mohammad will be responsible for leading all global finance and IT efforts in order to ensure fiscal responsibility across all key functions of the business.

Mohammad brings almost 20 years of diverse financial and operational leadership experience to Palladium, with global expertise in P&L management from manufacturing companies like Pentair, Thermo Fisher Scientific and Motorola. In previous assignments in China and India, he was not only instrumental in turning around operations but actively involved in development of infrastructures, markets, products, shared services and personnel. His expertise includes implementing rapid transitions, building growth-driven business models to improve profits and cash flow, process re-engineering by using lean management tools and developing high performing global teams that deliver performance results and business commitments.

Mohammad holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting and economics, and a Master of Science in international business from Roosevelt University.
