Rolling Meadows, IL (June 11, 2012) — Panasonic, one of the world’s leading battery manufacturing companies, has unveiled its development of a Direct Methanol Fuel Cell. The cell generates electricity using methanol fuel and oxygen in the air. It is ideal for mobile product applications like medical diagnosis and computer carts as well as portable generators.
