PAR, AR111 LED lamps enable point source optics

The Simply Perfect Light family of AR111, PAR30, and PAR38 LED lamps, that will ship in late Q2, feature three-phosphor LEDs with a violet pump. The LED MR16 lamps are powered by GaN on GaN LED technology and enable point source optics for uniform beams of high intensity light. They are also available in a portfolio of larger form factors that target retail, hospitality and residential applications.

The lamp portfolio of AR111, PAR30 long neck, PAR30 short neck and PAR38 lamps achieve 1,000-lm output and offer a 95-CRI, and 95-R9. The AR111 lamp suits object lighting that requires narrow spots, crisp beam edges, and no glare. With a peak intensity of 27,500 Cd, the 8-degree 95-CRI/95-R9 AR111 LED matches halogen levels, and are 50% higher than the nearest 80-CRI competitor. The PAR30LN and PAR30SN lamps offer the only 8° narrow spot option on the market without active cooling, achieving a center beam intensity of 28,250 Cd, more than twice the level of the nearest 80-CRI competitor.
