The HMC652LP2E, HMC653LP2E, HMC654LP2E, and HMC655LP2E SMT attenuator pads are wideband fixed-value 50-Ω matched attenuators that offer relative attenuation levels of 2, 3, 4, and 6 dB and typical return loss of 22.0, 23.0, 20.5, and 16.5 dB, respectively. These innovative SMT attenuator pads are the perfect solution for a wide range of applications including microwave radio, military subsystems, fiber optics, scientific instruments, and sensor applications up to 25 GHz.
They are housed in convenient 2 x 2-mm SMT plastic packages, specified for operation over the –40° to 85°C temperature range, and handle up to 25 dBm of input power.
