We can handle or part acquisition for you, or use your consigned kits. In a secure receiving area our team kits your job for assembly as well as verify part number, quantity, reference designators and package size of each part against the received BOM. The parts are then prepared for assembly in the production floor. Components are accepted in most formats such as reels, tubes, cut tape, and even loose parts. One of the five pick and place machines is programmed for the job, setup time is reduced significantly by using the same manufacturing data from the DFA check, completely parts placement in anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours.”
