Glass dielectric construction enables higher voltages over standard metal-core devices
An enhanced version of the company’s Anotherm substrate technology, Anotherm Plus is constructed with a thermally efficient glass dielectric material to withstand higher voltages and increase light output for LEDs. The substrate improves thermal management for LED and solid-state lighting systems in applications such as gaming and vending machines, outdoor signage and display, aquarium lighting, emergency vehicle lighting, as well as architectural and general lighting.
The substrate offers improved adhesion and pull strength as well as higher dielectric strength compared to standard metal-core PCBs. High thermal conductivity and low thermal resistance helps increase LED lifespan.
The substrate consists of a highly thermally conductive aluminum alloy substrate with a thermally conductive glass dielectric material that is printed directly onto the aluminum substrate. (Contact Tom Morris for pricing and availability.)
