The Si53112 PCI Express Gen 3 clock buffer IC has twelve 0.7 V HCSL-compatible outputs that feature a low-power push-pull design and have individual output enables. The chip meets all of the performance requirements of the Intel DB1200ZL specification.
The IC operates from a 3.3 V core supply and a 1.05 to 3.3 V I/O supply. Its VCO is optimized to support 100 MHz and 133 MHz operation and input and output capacitances are 4.5 pf maximum. The devices output-to-output skew is 50 ps, as is its cycle-cycle jitter in PLL mode. It comes in a 64-pin QFN package and operates over -40° to 85°C. From $1.70 ea/10,000. The similar Si53108 and SI53019 products have eight and nineteen outputs.
