PCIe I/O accelerator features low latency

The P420m PCIe SSD I/O accelerator improves overall performance in enterprise servers and storage platforms. The drive comes in 350 Gbyte, 700 Gbye and 1.4 Tbyte capacities in a PCIe Gen2 card or in a PCIe Gen2 interface 2.5-inch form factor.

The device uses advanced 25 nm MLC NAND flash technology and has read/write latencies of 75/15 µs. When tested in a MySQL server running an OLTP benchmark, the P420m delivered more than 3,200 web server requests per second. Random reads are as fast as 750,000 IOPS.
