The AceXtreme data converter (BU-67302B0C0L-202) changes PCIe to dual MIL-STD-1553 transceivers. The 15 x 20 x 3.2 mm BGA234 packaged device includes a 64 K x 36 RAM and takes less than 1.1 W in full operation.
The AceExtreme includes an IEEE 1149.1 compliant JTAG test interface for boundary scan testing, a digital IRIG-B input, and eight digital discrete I/O lines. The chip operates over -40° to 85° and has a 48-bit/ time stamp and a comprehensive built-in self-test.
