PCMCIA chips host peripherals
The CL-SH380 disk-drive controller and the CL-PD67610/6720 host adapters
offer high-integration PCMCIA interfaces. The 6710 and 6720 are one- and
two-slot host adapters, and the disk controller is mated to either. All
operate at 3.3 V. They have suspend mode, and support hot insertion. The
hosts have internal clock and write cache. They translate a pair of 8-bit
8088 bus cycles to one 16-bit cycle across the interface. (CL-SH380,
