Phase-locked oscillator operates at 3,200 MHz

The ESP-3200 phase-locked oscillator operates at 3,200 MHz and features a phase noise of less than –120 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz and a high stability of ±0.25 ppm. Designed for ruggedized ground mobile or airborne operation the device also features an extended operating temperature range (–40° to 85°C), high vibration tolerance, and low power consumption.

The unit is supplied with an internal reference and offers 15-dBm output power and low spurs of less than –80 dBc. The internal reference can be optionally phase-locked for phase coherence to a customer’s external frequency reference used for other circuits in the system. Custom units are available in fixed frequencies from 50 MHz to 26 GHz in a connectorized DRO standard package of just 2.25 x 2.25 x 1.00 in. The package can be optionally hermetically-sealed.
