Taiwanese company PhotoFast unveiled a new product, the CR-8800, a microSD card reader for iOS to help those who are out of storage.
Equipped with a Lightning connector, the microSD card offers storage, transmission, broadcasting, and information backup so the user can access photos, videos, and music anywhere at any time. The card reader can be directly connected to devices with o (output), ultimately giving users quick access, transmission, and storage of up to an extra 128 GB for Apple devices.
Notably, the new o card reader has overcome the barrier of inaccessibility that occurred when transferring data from Android to Apple devices. Android users can now simply transfer all data onto their iPhone or iPad via the CR-8800.
At 0.043” thick x 0.078” wide x 0.129” long, this adapter is designed to use low power mode, low consumption microSD cards, and is tiny enough to carry around in your pocket. CR-8800 works with its paired I-FlashDrive ONE app, allowing users to store and overwrite data from cloud services such as iCloud, Google Drive, and DropBox, and from social networks like Instagram and Facebook. The app also offers improved security and file management features, such as a password for USB devices and software locking, as well as support for Touch ID.
“The reason why we have produced a MicroSD reader is that it consumes less power from the iPhone than the SD card. With the help of a MicroSD card, we can share and exchange files with the phone, compatible with MicroSD (Android / Windows),” CEO Warren Wang said.
Priced at $39.99, the PhotoFast CR-8800 iOS microSD card reader is a low-cost alternative to iOS storage and can be purchased here.
