Platform aids early, accurate software design

The Sourcery CodeBench common platform includes an unified Eclipse-based integrated design environment for embedded software engineers that includes everything needed to build an embedded application. The design tool offers the entire GNU tool-chain: optimizing ISO C/C++ compilers, a flexible assembler, a linker, runtime libraries, instruction set simulator, and a source- and assembly-level debugger. It supports most 32-bit CPUs and operating systems.

Platform aids early, accurate software design

The common platform allows easy connection to hardware design tools such as the Vista virtual prototyping tool, the Veloce hardware emulator, and prototype target boards. The software engineer stays with-in the Sourcery CodeBench environment for compiling, debugging, probing, and analysis. The host software target generated by the SystemAnalyzer tool includes a unique unified trace and debug data repository of code that can be tested across the evolving range of hardware representations. A Personal Edition is also available for just $399 per developer. (Professional Edition, $2,799 per developer available now.)
