PLL/synthesizer operates up to 2.2 GHz

The CPLL66-1600-2200 PLL/synthesizer operates from 1,600 to 2,200 MHz with a typical step size of 1,000 kHz. Housed in a 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.15-in. SMT package, the device needs only an external frequency reference and supply voltages for the internal PLL and VCO.

Typical phase noise is –96 dBc/Hz at 10-kHz offset with minimum outpout power of 7 dBm. VCO voltage is 12 Vdc, PLL voltage is 3 Vdc, and second harmonic suppression is –15 dBc typical. (Call company for pricing and availability.)
