While our smartphones can be considered the modern-day Swiss Army pocket knife, what with the fact that they’re able to carry out just about any and all tasks in the digital realm, their purpose in the real world extends not much further than your standard paperweight or door jamb.
Ex-Apple engineer Addison Shelton sought to redefine this gadget’s physical purpose by creating the TaskOne iPhone case, which gives a user’s phone the same level of functionality as that of an actual Swiss Army pocket knife.
The TaskOne iPhone case turns one's smartphone into a Swiss Army pocket knife.
The polycarbonate case is made up of an astounding number of handyman tools total, including:
• 2.5 inch knife with both serrated and fine edges
• 1.8 inch wood saw
• Roller
• Medium Phillips screwdriver
• Seven metric wrenches
• Small and large flathead screwdrivers
• Pliers with an integrated multi-size wrench
• Wire cutters
• Wire stripper
• Ruler
• Spoke wrenches
• Kickstand (for the phone)
• Bottle opener

Despite packing a garage full of tools into such a small amount of space, the TaskOne case is still pretty thin and weighs next to nothing — just 89 grams total. What’s more, it looks good and doesn’t take away from the impressive design features of the iPhone.
