POL converters provide 25-A output

The DNQ family of POL nonisolated converters consists of board-mounted dc/dc power converters that feature a low profile. The converters operate from a 10 to 14-V input range, and provide 25 A of single-channel output current in a vertically mounted, through-hole or horizontally surface-mounted package.

The converter family features a programmable output voltage via external resistors and are adjustable from a 0.8 to 5.5-V output through the resistor. The surface mount version of the module has thermal performance that provides full output current up to 70°C ambient temperature (3.3-V output) with no airflow, while keeping component junction temperatures under most derating guidelines.
