PoL converters suit mobile telecom

The PMDPOL non-isolated point-of-load dc/dc converters target stationary and mobile telecommunications and computing applications. They are available with 5-, 10-, 15-, 16- and 20-A output current. The converters supply regulated output voltages from 0.75 to 5.0 Vdc with different input voltage ranges from 3.0.to.14 Vdc.

The PoL dc/dc converters feature an ambient temperature range from -40° to +85°C, short circuit and over-temperature protection and an output efficiency from 78% to 94%. The devices are made per UL/cUL 60 950 requirements.
