The BCH 1K5T-400 portable battery charger uses high-frequency conversion technology to deliver up to 1,500-W continuous output power. The charger was designed to charge a 400-V lithium-ion battery and other battery configurations.
The charger has an automatic two-step charge mode, runs at 4–A charging current until the preset voltage threshold of 380 V is reached, then switches to a lower 1-A maintenance current. An analog voltmeter and ammeter indicate charge current and battery voltage status. The input accepts either 115 or 230 Vac. ($1,350 each — available now.)
