The four DCH3-050XX-004 ac/dc power adapter models are the latest in the DCH3 line of wall-mount ac/dc power adapters equipped with cableless outputs to support interchangeable USB to mini/micro-USB 2.0 output cables. These slim-form-factor adapters are suited for charging portable consumer electronic devices, such as PDAs, digital cameras, and mobile phones that require a 5-Vdc power supply and use Mini-USB input connectors.

The adapters feature universal 100 to 254-Vac inputs offered in models configured with different input plugs to suit U.S., EU, U.K., and AU requirements. The power adapters generate a regulated 5-V output with a power output of 3 W, and meet the Energy Star Level IV efficiency standards.

The adapter series offers protection against overvoltage and short-circuit conditions, as well as built-in EMI filtering and extensive safety approvals including UL/cUL60950-1 and EN60950-1 VDE. The flexible power adapter series also supports a wide range of ambient operating temperatures from 0 to 45C, and have a ground leakage maximum current of 10 µA. (From $3.99 available now.)
