The 0.5-W HMC1014, 1-W HMC1024, and 2-W HMC1029 four stage GaAs pHEMT MMIC power amplifier operate between 33.5 and 46.5 GHz, 27.5 to 33.5 GHz, and from 27 to 37 GHz, respectively. The HMC1014 provides 21 dB of gain, +27.5 dBm of saturated output power, and 27% PAE from a 6-V supply.
With up to 35 dBm OIP3, the HMC1014 is ideal for high linearity applications in military and space as well as point-to-point and point-to-multi-point radios. The HMC1024 provides 24 dB of gain, +40 dBm OIP3, +31.5 dBm of saturated output power, and 29% PAE from a +6V power supply.
