The PA107DP and MP103FC dual-channel power amplifiers operate with voltage supplies of up to 200 V and are capable of slew rates up to 3,000 and 180 V/µs, respectively. Housed in 12-pin Power SIP packages, the PA107DP offers an output current performance of 1.5 A/5 A peak and a gain bandwidth of 180 MHz.
The PA107DP is suited for driving peizos used in medical imaging and ultrasound applications. The MP103FC can deliver 15 A X 2 of output current and is suitable for driving piezo print heads in large-format industrial ink jet printers typically used to produce wide-format banners and billboards.
