With built-in detector, bypass switch, and shutdown function, the ALM-42316 is designed for 802.16e mobile terminals operating in the 3.3 to 3.8-GHz frequency band and is housed in a MCOB package. Housed in a 3 x 3 x 0.85-mm 16-pin QFN package, the MGA-30×16 family enables a common footprint and PCB layout for base station applications ranging from 750 MHz to 3.9 GHz.
