The power output can be configured for either 120- or 240-V output and may reside more than 2,500 ft from the video equipment. The 240 V can be stepped down to 120 V using the company’s PowerHouse or multiple SubStations. The 240-V option suits home theaters with very large plasma displays and power amplifiers that require a greater power load than the traditional 120 V.
