Power monitor offers widest input V range

The ISL2802x family of digital power monitors supports the industry’s widest, 0 to 60 V, common mode input voltage range, including bi-directional, high-side and low-side digital current sense, and voltage monitors with a serial interface. Precision measurements are enabled with an integrated 16-bit ADC. The monitor family targets telecom, industrial and consumer applications.

The digital power monitor devices integrate many common electronic building blocks resulting in system designs with reduced complexity without compromising performance. The family is comprised of the ISL28023, ISL28025, and the ISL28022. The ISL28023 is a full featured PMBus compatible digital power monitor that integrates the analog comparators, a voltage regulator, a DAC and a low voltage auxiliary channel in a single chip. The ISL28025 is a high precision digital power monitor with integrated analog comparators and an integrated voltage regulator. The ISL28022 is an efficient digital power monitor ideal for cost constrained applications.
