Power op amp comes in 10-pin SIP
The PA42 is a monolithic 350-V MOSFET power op amp that is available in a
10-pin SIP. The device has an output current capability of 60 mA and a
quiescent current use of 2 mA. Other features of the PA42 include a
26-kHz power bandwidth and a 40-V/μs slew rate. In addition, the amp
offers external phase compensation as well as external current limiting.
