Power op amps deliver up to 10 A
The OMA501/541/2541 power op amps operate from +/-40-V supplies and are
capable of 5- (OMA541/2541) and +/-10-A (OMA501) continuous output
current. The OMA541 has internal current limiting circuitry that can be
user programmed with a single external resistor. The OMA2541 dual op amp
has internal circuitry that limits output current to about 6 A. The OMA501
is unity-gain stable and can be used in any op amp configuration. All the
devices are available in 8-pin isolated TO-3 packages. (From $76.90
