Suited for high-voltage and high-frequency circuits and applications, the MHP Series power resistors feature power ratings from 20 to 600 W and thermal resistance ratings as low as 0.9C/W (140 W). Available in standard TO-220, TO-247, and SOT-227 transistor-style packages, the series offers a range of resistance values from 0.01 Ω to 51 kΩ and 0.1 Ω to 1 kΩ, depending on type.

All devices are rated for operation from 55° to 155°C, with tolerances to ±1% and TCRs of 50 or 100 ppm/°C. Custom resistors are also available. (From $3 to $45 ea/100 — 7 to 10 weeks ARO.)
